THIS IS IMPORTANT:

The Brunton ALL DAY works with GoPro HERO3+ cameras. It will also work with HERO3 cameras BUT before buying for that purpose, please understand the following information.

The Brunton ALL DAY battery pack works by removing the battery in the back of the GoPro HERO3+ camera as well as the back door to the HERO3+ housing. The Brunton ALL DAY battery pack then clips onto the housing hinge and a battery shaped protrusion (see listing images) then goes into the back of the camera to make the connection with the camera and provide power.

So although the battery pack CAN be used with the HERO3 camera, it WON'T fit onto the larger HERO3 housing. However, if you have a HERO3+ housing (now known as a STANDARD housing), you can use the Brunton ALL DAY with your HERO3 camera AND the HERO3+/Standard housing.

This is why you CAN NOT use the battery pack with a HERO4 camera (since the battery inserts from the bottom), even though the housing is exactly the same as the HERO3+.
